Ingredients

- 1 small onion, minced
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon flax seed meal
- 1/4-1/2 cup quinoa, flakes
- 1 cup walnuts, finely ground
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons vegan worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
- 2 oil a baking sheet.
- 3 in a blender, blend onions, water and flax meal until frothy.
- 4 in a large bowl, mix all remaining ingredients.
- 5 add onion mixture to other ingredients in bowl and mix well to blend, adding more quinoa flakes if mixture is too wet.
- 6 shape into balls 1-inch in diameter and place on oiled baking sheet.
- 7 bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, turning once.
