Mapley Walnut Pancakes

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup soymilk
  • 1 organic egg
  • 1 cup bisquick low-fat baking mix
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl, combine maple syrup, milk and egg.
  • 2 stir in bisquick mix, oil and walnuts with a fork just until mix is moistened.
  • 3 cook on hot griddle until bubbles form on top.
  • 4 turn to brown the other side.
  • 5 serve with maple syrup.
