- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 3/4 cup soymilk
- 1 organic egg
- 1 cup bisquick low-fat baking mix
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, combine maple syrup, milk and egg.
- 2 stir in bisquick mix, oil and walnuts with a fork just until mix is moistened.
- 3 cook on hot griddle until bubbles form on top.
- 4 turn to brown the other side.
- 5 serve with maple syrup.
