Ingredients

- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/4 lb shelled walnuts
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 fry the onions and mushrooms in the margarine until the onion turns golden.
- 2 mix, in a food processor, onion, mushroom, hard-cooked eggs and walnuts.
- 3 season with salt and pepper.
- 4 refrigerate.
