Low - Fat Wholesome Baked Oatmeal With Agave

Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup nuts (walnuts, pecans, almonds)
- 1/3 cup agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 dash flax powder (if on hand)
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 dash salt
- 2 cups milk
- 1/3 cup egg substitute
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted in microwave for 30 seconds
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups berries
- 2 cups bananas
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375 --.
- 2 spray pam on inside of dish.
- 3 in a bowl- mix together oats, half walnuts, half brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, flax and salt.
- 4 in a second bowl- whisk together agave syrup, milk, egg substitute, half of the butter, and the vanilla.
- 5 arrange bananas on the bottom of the baking dish. throw some of the berries on top of the bananas.
- 6 cover fruit with oat mixture.
- 7 pour the liquid mixture from other bowl on top of oats evenly.
- 8 top your caserole with rest of berries and nuts.
- 9 bake around 45 minutes in a gas oven,( up to 10 min less in an electric oven to be specific) until the mixture has set in the middle and the entire casserole is a golden brown.
- 10 let rest around 10 minutes, as it is very hot !
