Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups walnuts, soaked
- 1 cup sweet basil
- 1/2 cup pine nuts, soaked
- 3 garlic cloves
Recipe
- 1 blend ingredients in a juicer or food processor.
- 2 variations: raw pesto is great to use on vegetable slices such as cucumber, carrot or beet. another idea is to fell a green or red pepper with the pesto and add sprouts.
