Pasta With Walnut Cream Sauce

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 12 ounces fettuccine
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1/3 cup fresh basil, snipped

Recipe

  • 1 cook pasta according to package directions. meanwhile in skillet heat oil until hot.
  • 2 add walnuts and garlic; saute 2-3 minutes.
  • 3 add milk, sour cream, cheese, salt, and pepper. stir constantly until sauce thickens.
  • 4 add basil.
  • 5 combine drained pasta and sauce in a large serving bowl.
