Low Fat Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients
- 85 g self-raising flour
- 40 g cocoa powder
- 175 g caster sugar
- 125 g low-fat plain yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 1/2 tablespoons oil
- 25 g chopped walnuts
Recipe
- 1 sift the flour and cocoa in a bowl. add the remaining ingredients and mix together.
- 2 pour the mixture into a lightly oiled 20 cm square baking tin and bake at 180 c for approximately 25 minutes until springy to touch.
- 3 cool and cut into squares.
