Low Fat Chocolate Brownies

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 85 g self-raising flour
  • 40 g cocoa powder
  • 175 g caster sugar
  • 125 g low-fat plain yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons oil
  • 25 g chopped walnuts

Recipe

  • 1 sift the flour and cocoa in a bowl. add the remaining ingredients and mix together.
  • 2 pour the mixture into a lightly oiled 20 cm square baking tin and bake at 180 c for approximately 25 minutes until springy to touch.
  • 3 cool and cut into squares.
