Lemon Walnut Pesto

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup scallion, chopped
  • 1 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh squeezed
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup walnuts

Recipe

  • 1 place scallions, parsley, garlic and salt in food processor and pulse until well combined.
  • 2 turn on food processor and drizzle in lemon juice and olive oil.
  • 3 add walnuts and pulse until incorporated.
  • 4 serve with sesame crackers.
